At New Creation, we believe that every piece matters in building a thriving community. As the Bible reminds us in 1 Corinthians 12, "We are one body, but many parts." Each person-whether on our pastoral staff, in support roles, or volunteer-plays a unique and vital part in serving others and advancing God’s kingdom. Together, we are united in purpose, bringing our diverse gifts, talents, and hearts to serve God and one another. We are grateful for every member of our team and the special role they play in the life of our church.

Marc Hannah

Lead Pastor

Pastor Marc Hannah’s journey with Jesus began in 1998 and since, he has been passionately serving the Lord. After a fulfilling career in higher education and coaching football, Pastor Marc felt God's call to ministry in 2001. This led him to serve in a young adult ministry where he began his pastoral journey.

In 2016, Pastor Marc and his wife, Shannon, felt led to plant a church in Fruitland, MD. What started as a small gathering grew into R Church, and in 2022, the church was rebranded as New Creation Ministries to reflect its mission of transformation and renewal in Christ.

Together, Pastor Marc and Shannon are passionate about strengthening relationships. As certified life coaches, they focus on empowering singles, engaged couples, and married couples to build strong, Christ-centered relationships. Over the years, they have worked with over 50 couples, performed more than 40 weddings, and ministered to hundreds of singles, teaching that with Jesus, every relationship can flourish. Pastor Marc and Shannon have been married for over 20 years and have one son, Jeremiah.
